3. Term & Billing

Monthly plans: Service begins on the activation date and continues month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.

Annual plans: Service begins on the activation date and is billed annually. The Client receives two months free (10 months billed, 12 months service). Annual plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice; no partial refunds are provided for unused months.

4. Payment

Invoices are issued upon activation and on the same date each subsequent billing period. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments beyond 14 days may result in service suspension until the account is brought current.

  • Maintain appropriate backups of any content not managed under this plan
  • Notify the Service Provider of any major site changes or third-party work

6. Scope Limitations

This agreement covers maintenance of existing WordPress installations. Custom development, new feature builds, e-commerce configuration, and third-party integrations are outside this agreement and quoted separately.

The Service Provider is not liable for issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting outages beyond its control, or Client modifications made outside of this agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials remain the sole property of the Client. The Service Provider acquires no ownership rights over the Client's website or content.
