This Agreement is between Connecting Alberta ("Service Provider"), operated by Growth Catalysts, based in Alberta, Canada, and the individual or organization submitting this form ("Client").
Based on the selected plan, the Service Provider will deliver the following on a recurring basis:
Specific inclusions vary by plan (Lite / Pro / Elite) as published at connectingalberta.ca/plans.
Monthly plans: Service begins on the activation date and continues month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
Annual plans: Service begins on the activation date and is billed annually. The Client receives two months free (10 months billed, 12 months service). Annual plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice; no partial refunds are provided for unused months.
Invoices are issued upon activation and on the same date each subsequent billing period. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments beyond 14 days may result in service suspension until the account is brought current.
This agreement covers maintenance of existing WordPress installations. Custom development, new feature builds, e-commerce configuration, and third-party integrations are outside this agreement and quoted separately.
The Service Provider is not liable for issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting outages beyond its control, or Client modifications made outside of this agreement.
All website content, branding, and materials remain the sole property of the Client. The Service Provider acquires no ownership rights over the Client's website or content.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the term of this agreement. The Service Provider will not share Client login credentials, data, or business information with any third party without explicit written consent.
The Service Provider's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or interruption.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice sent to the contact addresses on record. Upon termination, all credentials and access will be returned to the Client within 5 business days. The Service Provider will provide a final backup of the site.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
The Service Provider may update these terms with 30 days written notice. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
